Picking up our new 23TWS Vista Cruiser was an exciting day for us. Our first NEW camper after owning several used "fixer uppers" over the years. You made sure all of our questions about the camper and associated paperwork were answered, then hooked us up at the your dealership to spend the night in it and give it a full test run before our 10 hour trek home.
Our excitement slipped away on the trip home as an oversight from Gulf Stream's assembly reared its ugly head.
As we neared home, a phone call to Tony himself got the wheels for a solution to this issue rolling. Also it felt like he was genuinely disappointed, just as we were.
Tony reached out to us the following morning with a solution and together we made arrangements to get the problem fixed.
So when trying to find our new travel trailer, that was JUST THE ONE we wanted, we tried to make sense of why we would travel from the Adirondacks in New York to the Western edge of Ohio, just to purchase a trailer. Now we know. Tony and his team went above and beyond, not only on our initial purchase but taking care of business afterwards to keep his new customer happy.
